What is Tapstack?
Tapstack is the account and workspace behind Tapni, MailSign and Siteio. You sign in once, manage your organization and members in one place and open each product without a second login.
Do I need a new account?
No. Your Tapni account is your Tapstack account. Sign in with the same email, password, Google, Apple or Microsoft login you already use.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Business is $50 per seat per month. A seat is one member of your workspace and includes every Tapstack product. Add or remove seats from the hub at any time.
Can I use only one product?
Yes. Pick Tapni, MailSign or both when you create your workspace. You can turn on the other products later.
Where do I sign in?
Sign-in happens on auth.tapni.com, so Tapstack never sees your password. MFA and single sign-on work as they do today.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Enterprise plans include volume pricing, invoice billing and dedicated onboarding. Book a call with our team.
